Be part of the change…
IOI is a transnational nonprofit that empowers isolated communities to grow sustainably through international education. We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in our programs and workplace. Apply now, we want you to be part of our team!
As an award-winning experiential education provider focused on sustainable development and contributing to the achievements of the UN SDGs, our mission is to provide international education programs that support the education, conservation, and social development of isolated communities by assisting local institutions in sustainably handling the human-environmental intersection.
IOI was launched in 2006 as a conservation NGO and has evolved into a recognized educational organization with an innovative approach that merges educational travel with conservation and community development. The curious and passionate approach that launched IOI is the same one that pervades the organization’s culture today. With the support of our volunteers, local partners, and dedicated staff, IOI provides life changing experiences for international students and volunteers.
Our holistic approach towards sustainability and our push to help the international education field move towards a lower carbon footprint requires exceptional input. We are searching for leaders and radical thinkers who want to join a dynamic team ready to make waves of change, not just someone looking for a paid position.
Yes, it's you we are looking for!
